Keep Right Unless Passing !!!!!

Whatever happen to this law.,Or should i say,how come no one abides by this in the northeastern coast,everyone is in the centerlane

I've had people pass me on the right shoulder where I run , that's what kind of idiots live by me.
If it were my way I would make it a $250 fine for reckless driving.

its quite simply actually.

if people are staying in that right lane, how do you get around them, if the left lane is prohibited for truck travel...??
you simply pass on the right.

however, to make it look like you're just "cruising down the highway", stay in that right lane for about a mile or two. if there are any bears behind you, they will probably think that you are indeed just "cruising". to pass on the right, then quickly get back into the middle lane, that's when the bears might come after you, and ticket you for passing on the right.

i practice this all the time, here in New England, N.Y., N.J...........all up and down the eastern seaboard.

When I'm driving on our expressways,and I come to a construction zone,it seems that people make their own road running down the right shoulder untill they have to cut somebody off to get into a good lane.

No matter where you live,its just human nature of most drivers they are very selfish for the most part.
They drive like they own the highway,and everybody else is in their way.

We are profesionals,and all other drivers are totally clueless.
So we profesionals have to stay out of their way,stay far enough back from the pack.
So when they wreak we won't be a part of it.

I determine the right of way in traffic,by giving these rude drivers all the room they want.

I've asked myself the same question many times. I run the LA basin every night and drivers do that all the time there. I guess some guys just never heard of slow trucks to the right. I guess its just that new breed of drivers.It's allright I just get over in the right lane and pass everybody, just keep on trucking.
