Default Soon to be a P&D Driver @ USF Reddaway L.A.!!

Hello everyone!!
I am soon to be hired at the USF Reddaway L.A. terminal. I am currently working for Yellow as a casual P&D driver. I've been with Yellow for almost a year now and I am still a casual???? Do you guys think I should make the move to USF Reddaway or stay with Yelllow??? I really like Yellow but management gives ALL the casuals the run around when we ask them " when will I get hired on" I really like that USF hires on full time and the Teamsters contract is almost done. USF here in Los Angeles does not have a swing shift bid wich is cool. Yellow has ALL kinds of start times and when your a casual you get what you get. I think I am going to go to USF because they are going to acquire the Teamsters contract soon. I have been a Teamster for 17 years now and I would like to keep my pension plan going. I would really apreciate some feedback from all you guys who work at USF Reddaway and Yellow and give me some good advise. Thanks
