Whats the best company to drive as 'Company Owned' as a Team

Whats the best company to drive as 'Company Owned' as a Team? Me and my friend are going to signup for the free CDL training and work with PAM for a year to get experience and a feel for the business, then at which point would like to team up, at least I think right now - Whats your input? Is it worth it?

If you drive for a year you wont need advice about what company is the best.
I would make sure you are happy with the company you choose and dont listen to all the grass is greener over here. You will get that from drivers, not all but enough.
