Default looking for half brother truck driver in Texas

Can someone please help me find my brother I have never met? I just found out about him a year ago. I was told his name is Steven and he is a truck driver living in the Houston area. He would be about 40 years old give or take. I think they said he had two daughters. But I don't have a last name and I can't find the person that gave me the above information. He was looking for his father (my father) here in Arkansas. But I am sad to report that our father died in March of this year so I guess he will never meet him, but he has 2 sisters that would like to meet him.
Can someone tell me how to go about finding him?

you may very well be all "legit", but you could also be some sort of stalker, or maybe even a private detective, or some other person involved in some sort of scheme to find this driver. we do not know you, sorry to say. if whatever information you have is valid, then you need to have more pertinate information other than "steve", 2 daughters, lives in Texas.

if my thoughts are right, there are probably about 200,000 men in texas named steve, that have at least 2 daughters.................

you will need to contact Texas police departments, not only in Houston, but just about all of texas, afterall, people do move.

you can also try all the local hospitals in your area and do a search for birth records. but you might need a lawyer to get through privacy matters/laws, and such. there should be records that go back at least 40 years, if not longer.

its like looking for the proverbial needle in a haystack, sorry.

best of luck to you, if you are "legit"..........
