Default HOS - different for teams vs solos?

Is there a different set of HOS rules for teams vs solo drivers?

If so, what is the difference?

Thanks for your advise.

i am not a driver yet.
but i don't think there is a difference, i belive it is set up so the most leagle hours any one person can drive is 70 hour per week but there are 168 hours in 7 days if you have 2 drivers driving 140 hours witch would only leave 28 hours left that you can have as off duty time that neither of you can drive, leaglely

There are no differences between the two. Same rules apply to both.

Drop in at Old Blue at Ol'Blue, USA - CDL & CMV Safety Info Center for some good interpretations of the rules. The 2005 Hours of Service Flash Show has a good presentation of logging. There is some good information on the site so look around.
