| | Central Refrigerated Would Not Accept Me; What Now?
What a dissapointment! I spent hours researching to find the best school and narrowed it down to them. They won't accept me into school because I have 3 Dui's that were between 17 and 20 years ago. I have not had as much as a parking ticket since 1990. I live in Reno and some company driver schools do not hire out of NV so what schools are left for me? Swift? CR England? After all the horror stories on here about them I am very hesitant. I do not have the money to pay for a school up front so should I just go with them anyway. I am very frustrated now, please help.

How in the world did they find out about a dui from that long ago? I know that in some states 3 dui's = a felony, mabey thats it, If you really want to learn to drive I would go with who will train you, after all you don't have the money to pay for it up front, then there is still the issue of not having any experience, if you go to school and give the co. a year or, whatever they require to fufill your obligation for school, then you will have your experience and your license, you can go get a better job then.

Hi and thanks for the response. They found out because on the application when it said "ever" I listed the 3 dui's. Also, back then there was no 3 dui felony laws. Since these were so long ago should I just not list them when applying? So, are you saying I should bite the bullet and go with Swift or CRE? Thanks again for your help, I am just so frustrated after that Central experience.

Look if all companies looked back that far I am sure there are alot of people that wouldn't have a job today, do what you will but I would certianly NOT include that info on my application, but then again thats just what I would do.

I wouldn't count on a company not finding out about them. When I applied they came up with a ticket for running a stop sign I supposedly never paid from more than 18 years ago.
If anything, you might consider getting a lawyer and trying to get the dui's expunged from your record.
Good luck.
