I usually don't open forwarded E-Mails. But this one caught my eye.
The quote is from the E-Mail.

That is awesome what a tribute to the fallen... That will remind everyone that he drives by that a lot of americans died that day and not to relax because those idiots over there are ready to do it again!!!! Proud To Be An American Trucker!!!!!!

I agree with everyone,its a very awsome tribute.
It must have taken a lot of time,not to mention the cost.
But in my opinion it was time,and money very well spent.
