as a "newbie", i can't see why you would need this info, as the trucking company you work for will do the searching.
if you are a "newbie" for an owner-operator, then the O/O should be doing this.
if you, yourself, are a new owner-operator, i wish you all the luck in the world..............because you are taking a big risk in not doing this through a certified brokerage house.
