Default Best training school/program ???

Okay so I decided to get my CDL and do a few years OTR. Does anyone have any suggestions for a school? I need a school the allows company sponsors so I can just sign a 1yr contract and not pay up front.

While I'm on the subject, are there any schools I should avoid?

Driver Solutions is the only company I've spoke with so far.

Any advice, hits, tips, ect would be great.

Thanks

Check with Schneider National and Swift. They are the biggest out there and have classes all the time for new entrants.

i'd stay away from Schneider for the main reason that they try to rush you through the process. Over here in Davenport Ia they have a good (so i have been told) school. you have to sign up through Scott Community College. but they have a 10 week class I'd love to take but I lack the $2300 for the class. also they want the cash upfront.

How many different schools in the US offer classes like these? I'm also considering a similar program.
