Conceled Weapons
Whats the laws about firearms in commercial vehicles?I have a valid Florida conceled weapons license.Im wanting to know because id like to carry one when im away.

you can not have a gun in a commercial vehicle.

i think it falls under federal law and not the D.O.T rules.

It is a federal law with a felony conviction and mandatory jail time.
