Default Who thinks Conway Freight is going under?

With all the problems at Conway, who thinks it's a sinking ship? How many years left?

I don't think Conway will go out of business.

Treating your employees like $.h.i.t. doesn't mean a company will go out of business.

If that was all it took to put a company under 80% of ltl companies wouldn't be here.

Also, they (the company) have a ton of flexibility if they were to get in financial shambles (i.e. cutting wages, benefits, and unwarranted or mass firings). The unfortunate thing about it is all of the employees who think that taking a hit on any of those to help a company is fine. They think that no other company is going to haul freight that they used to haul. I realize it sucks starting over, but it also sucks having to be a whipping boy for a company.

Folks, I'll allow this thread to stay but don't let it turn into a Conway bashing thread. If it does the thread will be closed.

Thanks

Conway makes way too much money at this point to even consider that they may close.
