I hear a lot about Mexican truckers not speaking English but here in Washington I deal with Russians and Canadians on a daily basis and while there are very few Canadians that cannot speak English I have dealt with numerous Russians that cannot speak any English at all .

I had one Russian that when I tried to explain he was at the wrong place shrugged dialed his cell phone and handed his cell phone to me where another Russian that spoke broken English translated for me.

What is scary how did they get their license; these guys have US licenses issued in the state of Washington.

There was a French canadian one time Northbound on I-95 just North of richmond Va and he slid off the highway and needed help.I stopped to help and he couldn't understand when I said I would call the police for him.All he kept saying was no Mounties.I called the police and when I saw the cruiser approaching I left. Gos to show ya the rules are only going to apply to Americans in trucks.
