How do you turn off receiving the emails when someone replies too a post? I am getting tormented by this

There is a link in your email that says click here to unsubscribe from this thread. It will be toward the bottom of the email. it will look like this

go to user cp then click on edit options and scroll down to

Default Thread Subscription Mode

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
