This was written in the San Diego Union paper 9/9/07...Mexican Trucks for the first time have greater leeway to operate in the United States under the North American Free Trade Agreement after the U.S. goverment cleared companies to begin hauling goods within days. After Teamsters union memebers the move at the border, citing saftey issues, Mexican truckers interviewed by Televisa Channel 12 in Tijuana said they are better driver than U.S. trucker and are very good at backing up their vehicles.. My comment... I've seen some of their trucks and smelled them driving by, I can only say, they are very creative with duct tape. I sure wouldn't want one of them to back up towards myself..
