i saw one of thoes illinois state vans that take a picture of you if your speeding in a work zone...it was on south I-55 right under I-80 bridge.big brother`s got there eye on you.

I'm not defending the use of speed traps but I wouldn't want to be on this nations highways with out the police...Personally (I think ) that the police would be more effective if they were more visible instead of trying to find places to hide. At one time in Pa the cops had to park with their parking lights on but along came Gov.Casey ( way back when) and signed into law a bill that gave the police the right to hide in order to catch speeders and DUI's... Look how effective it is in construction zones where they sit.People actually slow down and turn on their lights.( At least till they get by )
