The sad fact is you will have difficulty getting a good job with tickets against your mvr. You did not say what they were for but regardless you will have to disclose them on your application.
Some companies are so desperate for drivers that they will take anyone with a cdl and a pulse. Beware of these guys as they will take advantage of you any way they can.

Did you go to court to fight these tickets?
Your cdl is your meal ticket. You must protect it at all costs.

I talk to the chief of the police, because i didnt feel like going through the bull. He said that wasnt going to send it in, all he wanted me to do is just pay. I was like cool no problem. So i go to get my MVR report and when i look down there the son of you know what had sent it in. Excuse, my language, but i am so upset with this situtation. This could demage my career, when a men lied and couldnt keep his end of the bargain.

If you had went to court you might have had a damn good chance to make sure you record was kept clean.

Never ever just take anyones word for a legal action! It doesn't cost you a thing to give a lawyer a call and discuss any ramifications that can happen.

I hope you find what you want as far as a "good" company to drive for ,if not like JLKKLJ777 said, some of the bigger sweat shops on wheels will hire anything with a pulse and workable CDL.
