According to the Indianapolis Star, the U.S. Department of Transportation is giving $3 million to four states – Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio – to do the studies.

This could be good, but also bad- I thing you'd need at least 2 lanes each direction and an enforced slower traffic keep right law. Be ready for pile ups once the 68mph mandatory governor laws get here!

Amazing..Everywhere else that has truck only lanes seems to allow or overlook cars that use them also.
