I've heard Roehl is good to their drivers.
There are a few sticky threads in this very forum that have some questions you as a newbie should ask your potential employer.....pay issues, benefits, equipment, home time and questions about your training time.
Make a list of the issues that are most important to you and your family and be sure to ask the company you are trying to hire on with.
What you get out of a company should be something YOU feel is right. Some times what one person says is bad might not be bad for you.
Best of luck and be sure to come on back and let us know how you are doing .
