Post new guy"thats me"

I got my class A CDL with air brakes when i was 19 "yes here in IL you can get it before your 21 you just cant drive out of state until your 21" I found not many people wanted someone under 19. so I'm going to be 21 on November 10th. i did take a driving training course when i was 19 but that was a while a go. I would like to know is there truck driving companies that would be willing to retrain someone that has there CDL already?
I did work for a small company that wanted me to be a warehouse worker it was a iron and steel company and was going to have me as a back up driver but after a month they said your not working out "I wasn't strong enough they wanted someone really strong" so here i am unemployed still living with my mom. the school that helped get my CDL said they have a job placement program so maybe soon i will get some kind of driving job.

Try your local solid waste company. They can use a young man like yourself.Try looking in the construction companies, such as roofing.Try your city or town departments, such as streets and sanitation or water department. You have your tree cutting services.Illinois have many dump truck companies, that you can apply for, especially in the chicagoland area. All these job require you to be 21,which in a matter of days you will.Your food service companies needs young men, that is willing to work hard. You have pepsi and coke that you can look into. Its more to trucking than combinations.

im not sure, but i think after two years of not using your cdl you have to take a refreshment class. Im not sure, but i think thats what you gotta do. Best thing to do is go to your school and ask your instructor if you have to take a refreshment class. Its really nothing all you have to do is go to school for maybe a week or so and drive a few hours and that is your refreshment class. But, to be positive go ask your instructor at your school you graduated from.
