Optima batteries

Hey, Guys,
Just looking for some info on the Optima batteries. If you have them on your truck, let me know how they perform. Basically, are they worth the extra $$?
We plan to keep the truck until the frame rusts in two. Want to add an APU in the next 6 months. Have a 2500 watt inverter.

Dirtball,
we have checked out that site. The Boss says they are lighter than regular batteries. We had batteries like them running our little camper years ago and they were great.

The Battery in my 2004 Dodge Truck is still OK but with Winter coming on and my truck now being four years old I think its soon time to replace the battery.. I also have a new camper and I am thinking about replacing that battery also.The camper is only 2 years old and when I am at home I plug the camper in and try to use full service when at camp growns but when I go to the Races I have to use my generator.That too needs a battery and it is 2 years old also.. Yep soon time for three batteries.
