well as a "possible" foreigner, i suspect he really doesn't understand business, and the costs involved. he must think that things to his store should be delivered free from any surcharges, then of course, the delivery companies are supposed to take a beating from his thoughts...??

i also think, he's probably doing poorly, as an "ethnic" grocer in his area, and can't survive.

isn't this an old saying, "only the fit survive".....??

i say give him his stuff surcharge free but it won't be at 80 cpm no more it could be 6.00 dpm instead the company has to make money they don't deliver just for charity
