Default Qualcomm Omnivision

My new truck has the newer style of Qualcomm, the Omnivision in it.

While looking the system over, I noticed that the control unit in the jockey box has a slot for a SD card.

I was wondering if anyone out there knows what the capabilities of this SD slot is. Can I put my own card in there, and then into my home or laptop computer to maintain a record of what has been sent and received?

My employer cannot answer this question.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Probably the best way to know for sure is E-mail Qualcomm, and ask them about the Omnivision..That way you have the answer straight from the manufacturer and that way you avoid any warranty problems down the road.

I think this is their web site: Qualcomm Technology and Solutions - Revolutionizing the Mobile Marketplace
