This guy should be in a chair. To attack a child is the ultimate evil. If this where my house I probably would have beat the crap out of the guy instead of just holding him down. Colorado had a fantastic "Make my Day" law.

I don't understand the importance of the author of the story emphasizing the fact he was a trucker. It is almost like a well of course this happened, he was a trucker.. stupid media..

i don''t understand it either but they make sure they put it in big bold letters then re-itterate it several times. the story is the crime not him being a trucker.
