 snow? hit the sick board?
How do people form different companies handle this problem when dispatchers continue to call even though a snow storm is on the way? At my place a lot of guys just call in sick if they do not have a 48/72 on hand to use. I've done it a few times and have never heard anything back from doing it. One time a few years ago our driver supervisor wrote something like 26 letters for people that called in sick during a snow storm but I don't think any of them ever stuck. I'm getting older and I don't like to drive and this stuff anymore. Just wondering what others do about it.
