Don't need it
Been doing this for over 36 years and my feeling on the blink, blink is that you should know where the end of your vehicle is at and know when it is clear to pull back. There is exceptions such as a two lane road and maybe someone cut their timing short, or cars piling up behind on a multi-lane. I will thank some one when they give a signal unless it was done with the brights at night. Then I just ignore them. Here in the NW there is only two carriers that I can think of that give such a fast flash with the brights I hardly notice them and They both have day time running lights.
As for the Smokey reports I never have given them. You know what the speed limit is, obey it and you won't have a problem. I haven't had a speed ticket since 1973 personal or commercial. I would be lying to say I have never deserved on in that time. (Use to have a first name relationship with a few weighmasters though.)
