Alk Technologies co-pilot is the only truck specific routing program I am aware of. It runs on a pc and has an antennae to plug into the usb port for realtime turn by turn directions. I have heard the program is not yet compatible with Windows Vista so as long as your using windows xp you should be fine. The program runs about 300 bucks last I heard though.
