Official would order offensive organs off the road
The Virginia House of Delegates has forwarded a bill to the transportation committee that would outlaw displays representing human genitalia on motor vehicles.
Del. Lionell Spruill Sr., a Democrat representing Chesapeake and Suffolk, introduced HB 1452 on Jan. 15. The bill would prohibit equipping motor vehicles with any object that “depicts, represents, or resembles human genitalia, regardless of size or scale.”
Spruill, a delegate since 1994, is not the first in the nation to introduce such a bill.
Maryland lawmakers took no action on a bill introduced Feb. 19 by Del. LeRoy Myers Jr., a Republican representing Allegany and Washington counties since 2003. His bill would have barred from motor vehicles any objects or depictions that resemble “anatomically correct, less than completely and opaquely covered, human or animal genitals, human buttocks or human female breasts.”
The products the bills attempt to ban are sold under various names. Bulls Balls, for example, sold at many truck stops, are available in various colors and sizes ranging from 2.5 inches to 8 inches.

Now I got to agree seeing a set of boobs hanging on a big truck hood in my rear view mirror would be kind of discontenting. Especially if they are in better shape then my own......LOL
But in my opinion those appliqués of monster fangs on the grill of the big trucks are a heck of a lot more discontenting and a bit intimidating.
There just seems to be more important things to get all knotted up about then if a big truck has balls or boobs.
