Court Denies Public Citizen Challenge to Interim HOS Rule

The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit today issued an order denying Public Citizen's request to invalidate the Interim Final Rule (IFR) on hours of service (HOS) recently issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
