They would, but then they would have to kill ya. Too much money involved. There IS still high dollar freight out there.

do you even have any experience hauling boats...??

afterall, if you don't, do you think people will even begin to trust you with thier expensive boats? boats cost money, and even though you WILL BE INSURED, for someone to be without thier boat is like cutting their heart out, it hurts.

if you don't have any experience hauling boats, try the links i supplied you. there are some companies that will hire you and teach you what to do.

how to get into boat hauling - Google Search

You should see if you can get hooked up with E-Bay.
People need boats, and a lot of other vehicles moved for them when they have the highest bid.

Just out of curiosity, have you done any type of abnormal load before?
I used to carry railway locomotives around and the first thing any private owner would say is "Have you moved these before?"
You could plainly see the colour return to their faces when I explained that I had been moving them for years.
Point I,m making is; its the old catch 22 situation, you need experience before anyone would trust you and you,ll not get experience unless you,re prepared to start at the very bottom- i.e less expensive boats for cheaper rates that other specialised hauliers would turn down unless they had a real quiet spell.
I know from when I moved rail stock around that some guys tried to get into the market and would move loads for buttons, I mean absolute buttons, in order to establish themselves.
Some of them made a tidy living(eventually) and others gave up(Some caused horrendous damage and ended up bankrupt too)
I can,t really help you much other than that little bit of advice.
I wish you well in whatever you choose to do

When I retired I wanted to haul boats for people to places like Florida or the Gulf coast. Nothing Big just sport fisherman and people going on vacation that sort of hauling and man O man I got the run around from just about everyone when it came to getting info so I finally just said to hell with it.It was like its a closed society or something. You almost have to have a family member or know someone in that industry in order to get serious info about money and what is required.
