you may have to fill out an "after the fact" police report..........

you are at fault for not knowing EXACTLY where he was at,... at all times......BECAUSE, you said he was in your blind spot...........you are now liable.....even more than you can ever imagine..............
and if this comes out to be an insurance scam......try proving it.........
