Default Is this the life for me?

I just turned 38 and just got over a bankruptcy and now I am ready for a change of pace. I have a clean driving record. Clean criminal history. Good health and am proudly single. I am nearly debt free, except a student loan. Don't own a home and I currently live with a relative. I only need to make $400 a week to comfortably live. My goal is to drive, drive, drive and bank away my savings and live out of hotels without buying or renting. I also want to stay with one company and be able to get stationed at various hubs throughout the country so I can experience the good ole US of A. Which company would be a good fit for me? I would not care about down time and touch freight as I only need $400 a week. Anything more would be added incentives.

If you want to live like a hobo, live in fiberglass box for weeks on end, make enough $$ to eat at the glorious truckstop buffets, and see the US of A out of your truck windows, then go for it! I'm sure all of the coolie carriers will salivate when you tell them that you want to live in your truck!

Do yourself a favor and don't tell companies you only need to make $400/week. They will be more than happy to make that happen for ya!

Go out your front door and look at your local highway the one with all the stripes on it ......It looks the same all over the good ole USA, and thats all you'll see. You wont be pulling your large car into the tourists stops at 3am and hang out and vacation. These company's own you, and you exist to haul freight, and lots of IT to pay for their trucks and fancy homes, and you will get what's left. DO NOT be mistaken trucking is not a traveling vacation.
