Cardinal Logistics: Independent Contractor

So I applied for a job in south Florida for Cardinal Logistics. The job is for Home Delivery working for Home Depot as an Independent Contractor. I was looking for any information from someone who might work for Cardinal Logistics in Florida with the same or similiar job. From what I know, the fuel, LTO payment and maintenance are deducted from the weekly settlements. I would be doing local deliveries with a flatbed and using a muffit to offload at the delivery sites. It sounds like a great opportunity but I wanted to inquire and see what the pros and cons might be. Thanks!
