werner (or weenie) is like any other trucking company. you will have your bad days, and you will have your bad days.......yeah, i said that twice.........

for the most part, they pay the average with-in the industry. you will get your experience. will you get home when promised....??? i dunno..........

when offered a job, my best advice is to take it and make the best of it. you can always move on at a later time. maybe you'll be one of a few hundred, that actually like driving the "weenie-mobile".

Everyone of these large scale TL carriers that hire right out of CDL school only do so because they can run their freight using a cheap and disposable labor force. If you need the experience tough it out for at least a year then move on. May the Force be with you...
