2008 Carhaul Contract

Anyone hear some specifics about this upcoming contract?
There was a rumor going around that the companies were pushing for a 65 cent running mile (loaded or empty) , which is great if you are slip seat, but a real looser for guys who back haul a lot.
It really won't matter to us here at Allied, since we are stuck for two more years, but I am curious to hear what's the word out there.

I am not sure how this will work, but what you are saying is that when the new contract takes affect they will take 15% of that?
I guess that would make sense.

This proposal is a joke. tell everyone you know in carhaul to vote this crap down and send them back to the table...and tell them to tell everyone they know.
