Default Student looking for good OTR company

As I had already said in the post about Werner, I am a student at NTTS in Liverpool NY. I'm trying to find a good OTR company were I can expect to run a decent amount of miles and a good starting pay. I do relize that because i will be fresh out of school in October, I'm not going to start out at a high CPM. So based on everyone's experense out there on this forum, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Just a little bit about me and what i am looking for. I am 21 with no background at this at all, can pass both a DOT phyiscal and drug screen, don't drink and a clean MVR. I also have my hazmat, tanker and double/triple endorsements. I am looking to find something were it is 85%+ no-touch frieght, no slip seating or teams, 2500+ miles a week, atleast .32cpm and get to run all 48 states. Thank you all that read this and reply.

Being 21 might be a problem, or at least it used to be. Most companies wanted drivers 25 or older when I started, but its been 10 years. You should have a counselor at the school, who's sole job it to help you guys get jobs. What does he have to offer?

Go on craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums and see what they have.
