Probably about 3 days without charging the batteries.
I have a fridge in my Truck with 4 Batteries, so almost 4 days of leaving it running without firing the engine, I can't fire the engine w/o a jump.

My cousin runs a mini fridge off his invertor. The time it lasts him depends on the quality and size (storsge capacity) of the batteries in the truck he has. His company buys the cheapest batteries to run the truck (fleet of course), his are only good for about a day, without idling to charge system.
