$1300 a week or a month??

Figure up Fuel Mileage at 6 mpg or 5 depending on the type of Truck and Engine, Trans., Rear Gears, Type Trailer, Type Loads, Terrain, Weather, YOUR driving Characteristics, Idling, Tires size, etc...
Tolls can be figured rather easily depending upon WHERE you are traveling. PrePass for the (Coops) Weight Stations might be a good investment and if you're rolling through a lot of Tolls weekly maybe an EZPass (states have different names but they all do the same thing).
FUEL WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST DRAIN, then comes Insurance, Tags (plates), Taxes, IFTA, a Lawyer (for tickets and such), Repairs (you'll need to allot or set aside a certain amount weekly to build a nest egg), and other fun things inherent in being or becoming an Owner Operator.
Remember: ALL Lights that are added (beyond Factory) to a Truck and/or Trailer MUST BE OPERATIVE.

The QUICKEST way to make a small Fortune in Trucking is to begin with a LARGE one.

Default spreadsheet

I just posted in the general form about a cost per mile spreadsheet I put together.
You could use it to plug in some figures to see what expenses would be.

the dog is correct
find a job first
get an earnings projection from recruiter
get recent copies of settlements
then post it here
never buy a truck and then look for a job
