Default sleeper net, do you use it?

We had a guy fly thru the windshield and I have contemplated using the sleeper seatbelt/net more now. Anyone had any experiences with them in an accident? Im afraid it will strangle me or I'll wake up hanging from the ceiling?

my truck has both the net and belt. i had a passenger come along with me and she was told to use both. i'd rather have my passenger stay put and maybe suffer a sprained wrist than to go flying through the windshield. my self however, i do not drive as part of a team currently, but when i did Eons ago, i did indeed use the net......you won't get strangled, if anything at all, its highly possible that your arm or leg "might" get caught in the net, but that's about all.....and with all the padding in there, you might get tossed around (if not wearing the belt) but you should only end up with a bad headache......???
