i never even heard of roadmaster except here on these baords. so as a result, i wouldn't know their job placement track record....
but here is why i am responding.
many times graduates don't get jobs right away out of school. there are variables working here like,
no trainers available
any given trucking company may have a hiring "freeze" due to the economy
no extra trucks available
no extra freight available
low graduating scores or poor attendance
background checks show some sort of problem(s)
and perhaps the job placement person just stinks at his/her job...
i graduated from a trucking school back in 1987. i got a job right away......other guys in my class didn't......luck of the draw....or something else holding them from employment????
once you graduate (if you haven't already), pester the crap outta the job placement person.
some things do take time, like some of the above reasons i mentioned.......
other things get you disqualified for other reasons........
