In essence, this person is saying they (he and the others) will no longer be in business because while waiting for the feds to do anything, these people will grow old and wither away.

if the owner-operators WERE NOT charging enough money in the first place, its thier fault for taking the low paying freight that came along when it did. had they refused those loads when fuel was $1.50 per gallon years ago, rates may have gone up. to continually accept lower rates was thier own worse doings. only the fitest will survive. whehter it be the large companies or the small mom & pop comapnies. seems like poor management from the begining.......(years ago), but "billy big rigger", just had to have all the chrome, stainless steel, and big radios.......now he's starving.........
