Chapter 11 Bankruptcy is for businesses to reorganize. They'll continue operating while trying to get their debts under control.

Yes companies like this want to cheat other companies out of money but GOD FORBID someone cheat them out of a dime. If you file chapter 11 close the doors and go hide your head in shame for cheating some other company that may have to fold the doors and put people out of a job. "SHAME ON YOU JIM PALMER"

Actually I did get the same flash bulletin from Transport Topics.
But I remember that Jim Palmer did sell his trucking company a few months ago and cashed out his chips.
Seems like the new owners are the ones filing chapter 11 to reorginze their debt.
Not sure yet if they are going to keep operating still or not, but it seems like it would be rather hard to even buy fuel if you have to pay cash at the pump.
