Good for the driver. If only he would have refused to drive at all instead of taking it for a 10 mile round trip.

YES 4 him I have been a driver 30+ years and every driver needs to do the same. It's your driving record Its U that has to (1) maybe (like I do everyday) live with the fact someone got hurt or (2)that your family has to live without you as your hugged up with bubba for 20 years for killing someone.
