Default Prices down under

You should try living down under in New Zealand Mate, Diesels a $1.85 a litre NZ thats $7.49 a gallon, it's very important that as many Americans vote when your elections come up, not only for yourselves but for the rest of the world, I really don't think you realise just how much what happens in your country affects the rest of the world, Now I am not being critical or smart arse about what I am saying, but in reality, when winter comes to America the price of fuel down here goes up, the greedy oil barons say because the Americans are using more heating oil it's getting harder to get oil so we have to pay more. Then when it's summer in America more Americans are going on vacation, so that means there is a shortage of gas sorry we have to put the price up, it's all bull by the greedy rich oil barons, I know out here at present we are paying $2.18 a litre for 91 octane gas & about 62 percent of that goes to the Government in taxes. I try & follow politics in the USA & think if I was a US citizen I would vote Democrat, I know down here we are having elections in November & I am stuffed if I know who to vote for I feel we are stuck between a hard place & a rock, god lifes fun.

Cheers Ray down under.

Default Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi

Hi fellow drivers !! Just to bring something to your attention. I'm not trying to be political.

The President lifted the drilling ban two weeks ago.. The price of Oil immediatly went down.. Just by lifting the ban. Now it's up to Congress to vote to lift the ban and the speculation is that they will lift it since it's criticle to our economy and our survival.. We all know that the US has more fossil fuel available than Saudi ever dreamed of.. Unfortunatly Congress cannot vote either way without the approval of the Speaker of the House,Nancy Pelosi,D-CA., and the Senate Majority leader, Harry Reid,D-NV..
Both of these people are EXTREME activists and refuse to approve the vote.. In fact, they and one of the Presidentual candidates want to increase the taxes at the pump by over $1.35/GA..

So,here we go again,Political games, over, for the good of the people.. I would suggest a whole lot of cards and letters to these two leaders of our country expressing your concerns.. And please, when you DO Vote, remember the Congress approval rating is, 9%.. Vote accordingly please for our future.. God bless every truck driver on every highway..
