Need pros & cons of Leas/Operator vs Company Driver

Please take the time to give me the pros and cons, horror stories both sides so my husband can make an informed decision on whether to go company or lease/operator. He graduates his training and is supposed to get his own truck Thursday be it company or lease. I will fax him your comments Wednesday evening. The only info he has is the hype that PRIME is pushing at him.

Those of you who have been there, done that, help me guide him. He is not going to listen to a wife. Never has so why should he start now. But you guys he might.
