| |  Failed a Drug Test a While Back, got my CDL
Hello, a few months back I trained at SWIFT, finished my training, but before I got OTR Training, they told me I had failed a drug test, tested positive for THC. A few months later I went to USA, but they won't hire me because of that failed Drug Screen with SWIFT.
I really need a job, and went through too much to have a CDL and let it go to waist. They say it's on a DAC report. What can I do to either get that off my record, or say is there a place that will hire me. They said I'll have to go through a Substance Abuse Program, I did go through one a whole back.
I live in Fort Worth, TX does anyone know of a company that will hire me, or what I should do? I always wanted to be a trucker and will do anything to get a job.

try some of the smaller companys! That may work for ya!! I am not sure the names as I live in ga, but you can look in the phone book or the whitepages for trucking companies you are willing to travel too! Good luck. Why did swift even put you through the school if you tested positive for weed?

He just wasn't thinkin, it is like when a driver goes a little fast in a state and the man gets ya the man treats ya as if you were the worst POS in the world all because you were running a few miles more than the posted! THINGS happen! | Well smarty if ever there was a job that you can be sure of a drug test, Truck Driver is it. Yes it will be on his DAC and yes, good luck getting a job. Speed and weed is no comparison so maybe you need to grow up too.
