truck loading errors

I am doing a class 2 truck licence which is to 18,000kg part of the licence you
have to pass the units to get full licence with the drive.The unit im stuck on is
the loading errors which reads list 3 common truck loading errors that will result
in a penalty.
So far i have driven tare weight only so i dont know the common errors if you
can help great....
