while what you say is true, the original poster may not really know the EXACT amount of time its going to take...i mean look at it this way, if a "normal run" takes 10 hours, but one day there is a massive accident, and you can't get off the highway or take another surface street, you're STILL on line 3 (driving) right...??
yes, i do agree that many times a dispatcher WILL expect you to do it over an over again.....BUT do we really know if the original poster is going to go over the 11 hours of driving time...yet...???? he still hasn't even done the run yet, as his question(s) were "hypothetical"...in nature......
and then again, MANY times a dispatcher will remember when you helped him/her out....
i'm just a driver myself.......but to NOT find a way to work this out for a mere half hour is bothersom to me........
if the original poster cannot work this out by himself, then this amounts to either a "newbie" or a "take, take, take" attitude, and not a "giver" when its requested......once in a while....
for a mere half hour....???????
c'mon......even the "newest" of all "newbies" can work that out.....
