you need to check with your state's DMV and how far they go back....is it 3 years, 4 years, 5 years, get it....??

if you have passed that time frame, and your driving record is clear, i would shut my mouth..........you DO NOT have to bring up skeletons from your past...

but, you did lie, in actuallity.......right...??

i mean at 19 and then again at 25....?? seems to me like "young and dumb" followed you well into maturity.........

what do you think.......you should do.....stay the straight and narrow, or continue to have "young and dumb" follow you....?????

He asked if it was first offense DUI. And the correct answer was yes.. the other was a DWI. which is not a DUI. But hey are both alchool related offense. But to answer your question. yes. i should have been more mature at twenty five and thank you for your advice. Finding my wife was the ticket for me. i just hope it wasn't too late

that's why/where you need to get deeper into YOUR record comes in. none of us here know YOUR SPECIFIC state laws or the limitations of the offenses.

to me, DUI, DWI, or OUI are all the same.....they equal DRUNKEDNESS....just a different way of saying it i suppose.

DO NOT for a moment think that any company holds your past record against you for "so long".....each company is different..........this is something you will find out soon enough.....

It all really depends on how far back the criminal background check goes. The further back the check goes, the more expensive it is for the company. Many companies order a complete criminal history. It doesn't really matter if it was a DUI or DWI, alcohol related offenses are frowned upon in this business.
