I like it when the company is willing to show me a range of settlement sheets from people leased on. That way I can see what the others are making and what deductions are comming out.
When they refuse, I get the feeling that hiring me is not important to them and that they are lying about how much I'm going to make or the deductions.
Payday maybe a big let down.
When a phone call is all you get it makes it hard to remember what they said about this and that and did I forget to ask such and such. Its scary its a risk' you know what you have but you don't know what the new one is like. If you pick the wrong one you might get ruined financialy for good. So when a prospective company does not show you the time and give the anser's you need then maybe they are not right.
And you are going to a lot of trouble also to lease on with someone new and I don't think many of them can appreciate that.
