I always appreciate getting the full story from the ad. What are you paying and any additional pay? How many miles are the drivers doing a week and how much are they getting on the settlement? What sort of deductions are you taking out of my check. Insurance requirements ect. Website?
Tell the whole story especially if it dosn't cost per word.
This is just in general, Im not picking on this ad alone, so many are like that.
You will see alot of them on Craigslist.org and for many places there is no charge.
But they will write Truck Driver, cdl A, clean record send resume:
Now they didn't tell me who they are how much they are paying and they want me to make an effort to send some stranger alot of personal info.
With that they could open a file on me and steal my identity.
Employers need to communicate more about there job offer. You may find that this is not what you were looking for and the office spent time and money looking up your record for a job you don't want.

Ok it looks better, I would have lots of questions but that ad might get me to call and get more info.
I like it when the company is willing to show me a range of settlement sheets from people leased on. That way I can see what the others are making and what deductions are comming out.
When they refuse, I get the feeling that hiring me is not important to them and that they are lying about how much I'm going to make or the deductions.
Payday maybe a big let down.
When a phone call is all you get it makes it hard to remember what they said about this and that and did I forget to ask such and such. Its scary its a risk' you know what you have but you don't know what the new one is like. If you pick the wrong one you might get ruined financialy for good. So when a prospective company does not show you the time and give the anser's you need then maybe they are not right.
And you are going to a lot of trouble also to lease on with someone new and I don't think many of them can appreciate that.
