Alvan Convoy

I saw 3 Alvan tractors/Alvan trailers in a convoy around I-465 in Indianapolis this week. Anyone know what's up with that? Were they just moving equipment to sell, or have they got permission to start up again?

I don't think so. Over here in cincinnati we fuel by alvan, and the yard is completely empty. All the treucks and trailers are gone.

Must be moving it all to the Columbus yard, Grand Rapids is empty now too.

D. C. from up here in Ft. Wayne--Dedicated Carriers moving all formerAlvan equipt. to the INDY-COLUMBUS-DETROIT yards to set up for auction by the banks. Alvan was forced into Chapt. 7 from Chapt 11 bankruptcy by the banks so they won't be reopening non-union like I thought they would.
